Dean Profis, MBA

Dean joined Ring Therapeutics as SVP, Finance in November 2021. He is responsible for our finance, accounting and operation functions. Prior to joining Ring he was the Senior Vice President of Finance and the Chief Accounting Officer at eGenesis, Inc. where he built the finance and accounting group and helped prepare it for a public offering. Dean also served as the Senior Director of Finance at Proteon Therapeutics, where he supported finance, accounting and operations, both as a private company, through its initial public offering and as a public company. Previously, he held a variety of finance and strategy positions at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Bain & Company, among others. He earned a B.S in industrial engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.
