Megan Woods, MBA

Megan joined Ring Therapeutics as SVP, Head of Human Resources in January 2022 and was promoted to Chief People Officer in March 2024. Before joining Ring, Megan was the Head of People at Dyno Therapeutics, Arbor Biotechnologies, Inc., and Magenta Therapeutics where she worked to create professional and innovative cultures through organization development, employee relations and talent development. Prior to her time in biotech, Megan served various human resources roles at Novartis Institutes for Biomedical Research (NIBR) and HP Hood LLC. She completed her BA in education and history from Simmons University, her MBA at the University of Phoenix and the Human Resources Management Program at UMass.
